    Mark S Wilkinson

    Operations Director

    With a wealth of experience gained since joining Kellys in 1990, Mark is responsible for the day to day management of the business ensuring we continue to exceed our customers’ expectations by providing industry leading exceptional customer service across all facets of our operations.

    In addition to his core role Mark has the added responsibility of managing our Premier Client Accounts across the country in both private and public sectors.

    A keen endurance road cyclist, Mark takes part in various sportive events each year across the UK and the Continent and also enjoys exploring the beautiful Scottish mountains and countryside with his two dogs.

    Stephen Murray

    Group Technical Manager

    Starting with the business in 1989 as a field technician, Stephen has over the past 28 years accumulated a vast in-depth wealth of knowledge across the Kyocera portfolio of hardware and software solutions.

    In addition to providing day to day support to our team of technicians, Stephen also manages key installations across the country ensuring a completely seamless transition, providing comprehensive user training to both existing and new business clients.

    In his spare time, Stephen is a keen golfer enjoying playing a variety of courses across UK and Europe, The Kings Course Gleneagles being a particular favourite.

    Gary Rigley

    New Business Sales

    With 20 years front line technical experience, progressing from young trainee through our own apprenticeship program to fully qualified Microsoft Professional. 

    Gary made the transition from IT Support Engineer to New Business Sales six years ago bringing a wealth of knowledge in both hardware and integrated software solutions to his new role.

    Ruairidh McLachlan

    Service Support Supervisor

    With over 19 years’ experience in the business Ruairidh has the ideal credentials to fulfil the vital role of Service Support Supervisor ensuring our complete managed service continues to exceed both our existing and new clients expectations.

    Covering all aspects of the day to day functions of the service department, country wide logistics and liaising with our key business partners Ruairidh is central to our business operations.

    Much of Ruairidh spare time is taken up supporting his two daughters across the country at various Irish dancing competitions as they continue to add to their ever growing list of honours.

    Graham Niven

    Workshop Manager

    Joining the business in 1987 Graham is one our longest serving members of staff with over 20 years front line experience as a senior field technician, now our Workshop Manager Graham provides key support to our team of field support technicians.

    In addition to his core role, Graham is also responsible for our in-house apprenticeship programme developing and mentoring young engineers with 7 of our existing support team having passed through Grahams training academy.

    Graham is very much a family man enjoying rural walks across The Strathmore Valley with his wife, children and two dogs.

    Senior Field IT Support Technician

    The effervescent and hugely popular Graeme has been with the business since leaving school 17 years ago.

    Progressing through our own apprenticeship programme Graeme has developed into a vastly experienced field technician providing first class support to our customers across the length and breadth of the country.

    Exceptionally resourceful allied with an exemplary attitude to his work Graeme is key component of Kelly’s unique, comprehensive fully managed service to our clients.

    Stuart is yet another outstanding product of Kellys apprenticeship programme joining the business straight from school in 2000.

    A vastly experienced senior field technician, Stuart is also a fully accredited Microsoft IT Support Engineer providing invaluable support across the extensive range of Kyocera’s document management solutions to our customers.

    With the ongoing evolution of mobile digital technology, software applications are a key aspect of our complete managed service with Stuart at the forefront of maintaining our industry leading, unrivalled support.
